The DTS CAD-5 Professional Decoder is a hardware decoding device that is used as a sound reference. The CAD-5 enables the mix engineer to prelisten the DTS
bitstream after the encoding and decoding stage. Also, it allows previewing NEO:6 encoding of stereo masters into 5.1 expansion.
The Pro Series Surround Encoder is a standalone application for Mac and PC, which supports DTS Digital Surround, DTS-ES 6.1 and DTS 24/96.
The Pro Series Network Encoder Software for Mac OSX enables Sound Engineers in a Network to access the encoding application’s features from any network node at any time, be it on a local or remote host.
The Network Package consists of the Pro Series Network Encoder and CAD-5.
