64 channel audio I/O via MADI with a Notebook
AES Amsterdam/ Munich - Wednesday 8th, 2008 – RME/Audio AG (ictw) At this year’s AES in Amsterdam RME showcase their latest technologies for professional audio production. At booth 2318 visitors can experience the brandnew MADIface in action – recording in total 64 channels of audio with a notebook computer.
Also the increasing interest for digital microphone technology will be satisfied as RME’s digital microphone interface, the DMC-842 is presented with the latest digital microphones. The inventor of the DMC-842, renowned sound engineer Stephan Flock, will be at the booth and happily sharing both the possibilities of this new technology and the latest products from the world’s leading microphone manufacturers.
On a different subject: RME are proud to share that Kraftwerk just returned co-headlining the prestigious Coachella Festival in Palm Springs, California. Performing Live with RME Multiface I/O and Cardbus Systems.
