Har-Bal International (http://www.har-bal.com), a joint venture between Australian-based TAQUIS and HDQTRZ Digital Studios in Atlanta, announced the latest release of Har-Bal (Harmonic Balancer) ver. 1.02, a powerful, new mastering equalization system for all Windows systems (95,98,ME, NT, 2000 or XP) that corrects inconsistencies in mixed track sound files 100 percent of the time.

Version 1.02 of the application features:
* With Real Time Track Preview Capability
* Support doe 16,24, 32 bit/96Khz/Dependent on your audio hardware
* Actual Loudness Compensation Technology
* Incredibly change the equalization of your tracks without changing the overall volume.
* Boost frequencies scientifically only without changing the overall loudness.

Har-Bal is the first of its kind software that introduces the new process of Harmonically Balancing recorded music, and has been the main topic in Internet forums all over the world. The software allows you to create original and re-mastered recordings that rival the best mastering studios the world has to offer.

What is Loudness Compensation Technology?

Unlike mixing and EQ'ing on a console, Har-Bal is loudness compensated to maintain the same perceived loudness between filter in and filter out. What you hear in an A/B comparison with Har-Bal is truly due to EQ alone and not a bias introduced by the fact that the perceived loudness is higher in one.

Without compensating for loudness it is very easy to make EQ mistakes. With the approach Har-Bal takes it is much less likely.
