Diesel-U-Music started in the UK in 2001 as a platform for underground musicians, a competition for unsigned DJs, bands and producers, and an
opportunity for them to be heard – by people who know good music.
Unlike countless other talent contests around, Diesel-U-Music does not
seek to make popstars out of its winners; they’re not looking for the
next Britney or Justin. What they are looking for is genuine,
undiscovered new talent in genres across the board, from rock to
electronic to dance, and everything in between.
