Courtney has signed an exclusive joint venture deal with 2KSounds/EMI for her Bad Girl Industries and Bad Girl Entertainment Label. The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but sources close to the deal maintain that Courtney received a significant payment and also retained complete ownership of her Bad Girl Entertainment Label.

2KSounds will provide Bad Girl with marketing and promotional support as well as handle the exclusive distribution duties thru it's deal with EMI.

Despite being barely a teenager and not yet licensed to drive, Courtney clearly has knowledge beyond her years. She, along with her advisors have shrewdly and craftily created a business model that should have wide reaching effects on the entertainment industry at-large, in terms of taping into that often unseen and untargeted to "urban tween-ager" market demographic. The structure of the deal is said to rival that of the Dualstar empire created by the Olsen twins. Her multi-divisional BADGIRL INDUSTRIES, includes a consumer products line, which encompasses apparel, fashion, dolls, accessories and bedding, while the entertainment properties division specializes in interactive video games "direct to home" videos and audio products.

The precocious 14 year old Courtney stated, "I am thrilled to be working with Mr. Harris, and the entire 2KSounds family," Courtney said. "It was important for me to have the opportunity to grow Bad Girl, and I can do that with the 2Ksounds, who took me seriously despite my age. This is a perfect situation for me and for what I want to do. I can't wait to get started..." And she certainly has, signing 3-member multi-ethic pubescent girl group CHARMZ.

Courtney will act as Executive Producer of the CHARMZ project, as well as, the simultaneous release of the "direct to video" film and accompanying soundtrack to "Teenage Diary". All scheduled for mid 2004 release.
