Four Days of Events Feature An All-Star Roster of DJs
Beatport, the leading premium electronic music online download store, is pleased to present four days of events in conjunction with New York's Remix Hotel, May 18-20, 2007. These happenings—featuring some of the greatest DJs on the planet—take place in the evenings from May 17th-20th. Additionally, Beatport will co-host a Sunday cruise party, celebrating the 5-year anniversary of the Le Souk club house parties.
Here's what's happening:
Thursday May 17th:
DJ Disciple/Catch 22 at Guest House. Guest House is the latest hotspot to hit Manhattan's nightlife scene, located next door to Home and connected by way of an interior hallway. Friday May 18th:
Willie Graff at Club Cielo. Cielo is a state-of-the-art space in the downtown Meat Packing district. Saturday May 19th

Sunday May 20th
Fresh Fruit and Frankie Knuckles at Club Cielo. Fresh Fruit is a monthly,
underground New York house party founded in August 2005 by Steve Travolta, Benny Soto, Jessica O'Connor, Kevin Williams and Quentin Harris. It is a showcase for up-and-coming DJs and performers, as well as some legendary DJs.
In addition to these nighttime events, Beatport will co-host a dance cruise commemorating the 5-year anniversary of the Le Souk Sunday house parties. Le Souk is a North African lounge located in the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan and these "Sessions" were created four years ago by Jason Swamy and production duo of James and Gaby, also known as Astro&Glyde.

Holding forth on the Queen of Hearts boat—featuring the largest dance floor on the water—the party features an all-star roster of DJs: Sasha, The Scumfrog, Lance Jordan with Live PA featuring Rosko and Marta Kai (Yoshi Toshi), plus residents Astro&Glyde, Swamy, John Dill.
