Latest Group-Wide Deals Solidify U.S.-Based Mobile Content Firm as Market Leader for Media and Entertainment Space in the U.S. Market with Six New Individual Label Deals

At the 3GSM World Conference today in Cannes, U.S.-based mobile marketing firm ipsh! announced group-wide deals with two of the world's biggest record labels propelling the firm to the #1 position of all U.S. mobile marketing firms. Over the past calendar year, ipsh! has powered more major brands in the U.S. than any other firm with a record fifty two (52) deals.

ipsh! music industry clients include MCA/Geffen, Universal Motown, Atlantic, Elektra, V2, Columbia, Epic, Warner Reprise, Maverick, Capitol Records, and Warner Music. Its recent dual-group-wide deals with BMG and Universal Music Group add another six labels to its client roster including Jive, RCA, J, Arista, Island/DefJam,, Motown Records and Damon Dash and Jay-Z's record label Rocafella. In the music industry ipsh! now has deals in place with 85% of major U.S. labels

In the film space, the mobile marketing firm works with 35% of the major U.S. movie studios and handled successful campaigns for The Last Samurai, Torque, 50 First Dates, What a Girl Wants, and most recently Starsky and Hutch. Not only has the three year-old firm grown vertically but it has also demonstrated horizontal growth from purely content-enabling and into device integration and location-based entertainment.

In 2004, the company will delve into the world of integrated devices. ipsh! has deals in place with AT&T as well as Nokia for their branded Jay-Z and American Idol handsets.

Due to its strong success from powering tours for music artists such as Radiohead, the firm will soon be announcing details of its ipsh! Live application set to debut with "The Warped Tour" as well as at the specialty car expo, "Hot Import Nights." In terms of consumer metrics, ipsh! Live will be a central element to the firm's growth in 2004-2005 with client tours and partner locations expecting to draw over 34,000,000 people annually.

"ipsh! has multiplied its growth, quarter by quarter consecutively since inception, and with supplementary revenue streams, 2004 will be no exception," states ipsh! President and Founder, Nihal Mehta.
