TransAudio Group, a premier sales and marketing representative for high-end audio equipment based in Las Vegas, Nevada, has been appointed the exclusive worldwide distributor for TRUE Systems products. The U.S.-built line includes the SOLO series, the P2 Analog and Precision 8 multi-channel microphone preamplifiers.

Spencer has been with TRUE Systems since it was established in Tucson, Arizona ten years ago. He has thirty years of diverse experience in design, development, integration and manufacturing of complex hardware and software systems. While previously employed at Burr Brown, he was responsible for design and development of various amplifier products, as well as analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion devices, and the company's very first power operational amplifiers. While employed by Hughes Missile Systems Company, he worked in various engineering and management positions involving design and implementation of automated production test systems, manufacturing technology, product quality, and management information systems.
