The Blogging Cohort

Well, the City  & Guilds Sound Engineering Part 3 course (which occurs twice yearly)  is all done and dusted for cohort 1 of 2005.

The course was great fun (as it always is), but more importantly, the course  was successful, and we have very high hopes for the students’ results. The students who took part in this particular cohort (now to be coined the “Blogging Cohort”) were a very dedicated and interesting group of students, all of whom have very busy lives, so coping with the dual load of work and study was certainly no mean feat for them.

Studying on the City & Gilds 1820 Sound Engineering Part 3 course with audiocourses.com is in fact a highly demanding activity. The course requires significant energy and personal commitment to ensure a successful outcome, so very well done guys we are proud of you!

Audiocourses.com employs a range of learning methodologies which develop life-long learning skills for the students involved, and I have seen time and time again encouragingly positive outcomes where students have gone on to great great things, but more importantly, continued learning and expansive thinking.

All of us take on new study initiatives for a variety of reasons, both intrinsic and extrinsic in nature, which can range from wanting a certificate to hang proudly on the wall (and why not), to a genuine interest in new knowledge and the use of that. However, regardless of the motivational reasons behind taking a new course, which lets face it, can be very broad, the important factor for me remains, that the success of our students, in terms of them gaining a meaningful experience is fundamental.

So I would I like to now extend our very best wishes on behalf of the staff of Audiocourses.com to all past, present and future students and truly hope you continue your individual learning paths, with us or other providers.

We’ll see you in the forums or your next course with audiocourses.com!

Bye for now, and looking forward to your audio blogs right here.
