So Last Year This Week

Monday, April 25th, 2005

Ok let’s be clear, we are certainly not exclaiming to be the all encompassing authority on what’s in and what’s out, but, we are 100% clear of what is so last week!

Jennifer Lopez, Dr. Dre and Linkin Park are soooo last year, and added to that we apologize for even mentioning them. You see things move rapidly in the world of sonic landscapes and if you hadn’t noticed, we are helping you here.

This year we have such delights as “Robot Rock” from the Daft Punk boyz (lovingly shedding their pop skin with a human after all confession) and “Somebody Told Me” - from The Killers (embracing asexuality).

Natalie Imbruglia is also doing a fine job in her continued theme of it’s cool to be mature and talk about it.

Staying on top of the pops is not really our concern, we just like the music, and regarding the above examples we simply love listening to them, loudly, in the office here at Audiocourses.com, after all, it’s so this week!
