·  What's the 200 page handbook about?

Each song is described in detail in terms of why it is mixed a certain way and how, with the software plugins. Here is an example:

"Power chord guitar two has nothing more than a single hi-pass filter at 400Hz so that the bass guitar can occupy the space that has been taken away form the power chord guitar. The result is a far better mix with more calrity and separation netween different types of instruments.

Finally, the right power chord guitar is sent to a C1 side-chain compressor plug-in where the kick drum compresses it every time the kick strikes. This is a pupular trick that rock producers use to create a pleasant pumping effect on guitars that are relatively un-dynamic throughout the whole song."

·  How many people are on this course at once?

This course is a "rolling course" so people can enroll at any time, so numbers fluctuate depending on who is taking the course at anytime.

·  Can I work through it at my own pace?

Yes though we allocate 10 weeks you can in fact use those 10 weeks when you like for your feedback. Your course is over when you have used your 10 weeks. This could take a year for example, should you wish.

·  Are their deadlines?

No, you work when you like and get feedback when you are ready, there are no deadlines.
