I need to make a cd that where one voice is coming out the left are and one voice coming out the right ear
What I am looking to is record myself talking and then make another file of myself talking about something else
I then want to mix both files so both recordings can be heard together but I need it so one is recording is coming out of the right ear only on the other recording is coming out the left ear only
What software will allow me to do this?

Just about any audio software is capable of this! An easy way to do this is record one of your tracks panned hard left and the other panned hard right, then mix as you see fit. Hope that helps.
