Midi to Audio on Cakewalk Sonar 3  Reply with quote  

Hi.I just finish my 16 midi tracks on cakewalk & now i need some help..What you recomend about drums part..I will do seperete Kick, snare, & tom,s, but the rest im not sure if it is importand do seperete audio tracks from midi..Can you help about this ?

I'm not sure what you are asking.

Are you asking if you should import samples and trigger them, or are you asking if you should convert your midi information into audio?

Can you please be as specific as possible.

OK there are a few Cakewalk products such as these:

Which have you got, as this will obviously make a difference to how it is done.

depends on how much control you want over each track's sound. For ultimate control, convert each track separately. Then, mix and EQ accordingly.
