Hi..I dont have any external mixer & when i buy this software soanr 3 some peoples tald me << Sonar 3 including Mixer inside the sotfware ( HI, LOW, MID ) But i cant find any kind of mixer here..Any one can help with this ?

The whole program is one big mixer! Unless you're talking about an EQ, then Sonar should come with some EQ plug-ins. Try to right click on the TrackFX box in the track and choose "insert effect" or something on that order. This should give you a list of the plug-in effects that came with the program.

Also while in the track view press "i" & on the right an eq/fx/volume/etc section will appear.
