NO
To use pro tools you need the pro tools hardware, or an M-audio soundcard with a special version of pro tools, "M-Powered"
You cannot run pro tools without the hardware, such as an M-box or Digi002 as they act like a dongle which enables the software to run.
I suggest you look at cubase, or save up for pro tools hardware!

short of buying the digi-design soundcard for pro-tools like the rack 002 mbox, mbox mini, oo3, hd sytem, you can use any of the following m-audio soundcards- Audiophile 192
Audiophile 2496
firewire 410
firewire 1814
ozonic
firewire solo
audiophile firewire
delta 1010
delta 1010 lt
delta 44
delta 66
ozone
mobile pre USB
fast track USb
fast track PRO
black box
jamlab
transit
Projectmix i/o
and keystudio 49 i
although these devices run Pro-Tools M-powered.
Protools just got THAT much more affordable didnt it?
Enjoy n peace |
