| Basics to audio recording courses |

I been "producing" for awhile now, nothing big time or professional. I use fl studio and cool edit pro 2.0 and i make songs that can upstage most of the local talent in my area and they use recording studios for their projects. I want to step up my game and take it to the next level. I do mostly rap but am open to pretty much anything and i wanna start taking a course offer by this website. I seen the "basics to audio recording" for 300 usd, with the software i mentioned i have and work with now is this course a good starting point? If not, any recomendations? What other equipment would i need? Replies are apperciated. |

Hello there.
Sure that course is a good option, although I feel you would be better suited to Music Tehnology, which will also bag you a recognised audio qualification. This would enable you to study in depth the subject and complete suitable practicals to help you achieve that. It's a great programe.

Thank you for the suggestion but i think you misunderstood me. I am not even to the beginner level with producing music and the basics course i mention was listed for beginners the one you mention was intermediate to advanced. Im not looking for any certification as of right now i jus need to know the basics as far as understanding mixing, effects and how to use them, compression, and audio jargon etc... I am from the u.s. from my understanding audio courses are based out of europe? can i recieve all my courses online even though im in the united states? |

Ok, in that case yes, the basic course is for you.
Also certification is available all over the world.
Let me know if you are enrolling, looking forward to it. _________________ It's all in the ears. - Learn the concepts not the software.

You just need a good internet connection, and we will work with you and your software. It is about the concepts not the specific software, which means there is a great deal of flexibility.
For enrolling, just complete the payment, once you have paid we would contact you to set you a Production Advisor. _________________ It's all in the ears. - Learn the concepts not the software.
