Hi,

I'd also consider CME's UF range - http://www.cme-pro.com/products-list/product-uf.html - they are well built, don't require a PSU (powered from USB bus) semi-weighted keys and also include MIDI controllers as sliders and knobs which can be useful for controlling virtual instruments or any other parameter that can be controlled by MIDI. They also have a transport section which is handy!

I imagine in your price range you would be looking at the UF5 or maybe the UF6 if you spent another 50 bucks or so.

You could also look at Studiologic Fatar - http://www.studiologic.net/

Good Luck!
