Audiocourses.com is seeking a forum manager to take care of the management of the large online forums found at http://www.audiocourses.com/forums
Job Description
• Oversee the forums and moderate the dialogue to improve communications
• Actively encourage forum moderators where necessary and provide front line help
• Nurture further members to become moderators for specific niche threads
• Create one weekly blog post detailing the weeks moderation
• Create one weekly audio comment for our podcast concerning your role
Candidate criteria
• You will have an overall understanding of the subject areas of the forums
• You will have experience moderating an online forum and be able to prove this
• You will have a highly positive and enthusiastic approach to welcoming newcomers to the forums
• You will be skilled in keeping topics on topic and encourage further reading
Small compensation is negotiable, I really need an easy going person, that is driven, and will believe in the project and put into it what is needed to make it successful. The forums have a tremendous potential for building your online portfolio.
