Seriously though, with Macs adopting Intel processors, Intel moving future processors (both PC and Mac) towards the AMD architecture due to some inherent FSB bottlenecks in the current design and people running Windows on a Mac and OS X on Intel PCs the waters are going to get very muddy in the next few years. |

Its all about the software. you would be silly not to see how much more efficient OS X is over XP and especially Vista. min specs for vista are beyond a joke.

I'm with you on Vista - I can't see many musicians falling over themselves to be upgrading to that platform, at least not until hardware prices fall further. |
