I want to tie my Soundcraft Spirit Studio 24ch mixing board to my Digi 002 rack, can anyone suggest the best signal path?

What are you looking at? Using the 002 just as an input module for your computer? Or do you want to do more?
The easiest way to go about this would be connect the bus outputs of the mixer to the 8 line level inputs of the 002 (for recording). You can also connect the eight outputs of the 002 to the tape returns of the mixer for monitoring/mixdown.
