Feedback for electronic alternative music  Reply with quote  

I just finished a couple of songs and am very interested in feedback on the mixes and overall sound quality. All instruments come from my collection of both hardware and software synths. I've stayed away from using EQ except for some presence boost for vocals. Compression/expansion was limited to light companding for vocals and the final mixes. I'm usually generous with effects, but since it's all synths and all line-level, I don't think that's a problem. Mostly importantly, I happen to be of the rare breed of dedicated musicians with a hearing impairment, so I depend on others around me with normal hearing to point out the stuff I can't hear any more, such as the very high and the very soft. I'm new to this forum, so I hope I'm posting this correctly. The works in question are at:
