Outboard A/D converters  Reply with quote

Do you think an outboard A/D converter such as an apogee will sound better than the built in one in a M box 2 pro?

Well... I'd say the Mbox 2 is more for a project studio setup and the Apogee Rosetta has been designed and is being sold at the pro studio level. Apogee does have a reputation for making good AD/DA convertors. I will be using a Rosetta in a month or so..will let you know what I think about it.

In short, yes. without doubt it will. with A/D converters you most certainly get what you pay for.
