Ok, so once I jumped into the 24 tracks pool, I started to realize that this was my first time I dealt with such a number of tracks... and loved it!
First I listen as it was, all faders to 0 dB, I only did it to feel the raw product of a 24 tracks... of course I could not already visualize my ideas yet, then I set all faders to minimum and started with the female voice of the track, I focused on this for the first steps. I added some reverb, EQ, compression and noise gate, so at this stage I had a good sounding voice but in my opinion a bit overstuffed of effects, it had lost some natural feel.
without getting stuck on this I added the remaining tracks step by step trying to obtain a good result through my NS10s, after a good amount of work went back to the female voice and decided that too many plugins ruined the feeling of such a nice voice, so I applied only EQ and a limiter; I was a lot happier with this sound.
Now I am adjusting the faders' automation to have all the right levels at the right spot, but what I would like to share is that the most difficult part of the process was (speaking for myself) deciding which effects to use, how many and in which order; this task was time consuming and frankly due to my 0 experience on such environment, it made me feel a bit disorientated so I focus on what Chris usually in these cases... it's all in the ears!
I will be uploading it shortly, you can find it on the FTP /Electrosushi/

I have one remaining doubt: in order to make it "suitable for release" I should apply some EQ and compression also to the main output right?
