Just thought I'd put down a list of shortcuts I generally use. You might know most of them, but for those who don't it could streamline your work flow if you are the shortcut kind! [For PC users, use the Control key instead of the Command key, the Alt key instead of the Option key and the Windows key instead of the Mac Control key]

Trim Region Head to time line insertion: A
Trim Region Tail to time line insertion: S
Fade in to Time Line insertion: D
Fade out from Time Line Inserion: G
Record: Num Pad 3/F12/Cmd+Space
Horizontal Zoom in/out: Cmd+[ and Cmdl+] or if keyboard focus is on the edit window - R/T
Create a Group: Cmd+G
Suspend Groups: Cmd+Shift+G
Create Region Group: Opt+Cmd+G
Ungroup Regions: Opt+Cmd+U
Increase Nudge Value: Opt+Cmd+Num Pad Plus Key
Decrease Nudge Value: Opt+Cmd+Num Pad Minus Key
Increase Grid Resolution: Ctrl+Cmd+Num Pad Plus Key
Decrease Grid Resolution: Ctrl+Cmd+Num Pad Minus Key
Nudge: Num Pad +/-
Create Marker: Num Pad Enter
Cycle between tools: Esc
Cycle between edit modes: `
Shuffle: F1
Slip: F2
Spot: F3
Grid: F4
Select tools: F5 to F9
Time Line Insertion Follows Playback: N
Click On/Off: Num Pad 7
Move Selection to a lower track: ;
Move selection to a higher track: P
Tab to Transient/Next Region: Tab
Select Next Region: Ctrl+Shift+Tab
Snap Region Head to Selection: Ctrl Click Region with the Grabber Tool
Snap Region Tail to Selection: Ctrl+Opt Click Region with the Grabber Tool
Create Sync Point: Cmd+,
Mute/Unmute Region: Cmd+M
Scrub slower than playback speed: Ctrl+Num Pad 1/2/3/4
Scrub at playback speed: Ctrl+Num Pad 5
Scrub faster than playback speed: Ctrl+Num Pad 6/7/8/9

This list is open for additions!

For those of you running version 7.3 - have you ever tried colouring your mixer? Double click on the colour bar of any of the tracks to open up the Colour Palette, then hold Ctrl+Opt+Cmd (yes all three modifiers!) and click and drag upwards or downwards on any of the colours. Cool eh?
