Control Panel.  Reply with quote

Go to "control panel" - "Add or Remove Programs", you should see the list of installed programs there.

These chat programs can "hog" your machine's bandwidth and generally slow things up, some more so than others. Some programs can have additional "piggy-backed" elements that can be classed as spyware that record your surfing and send you targeted ads.

A good firewall is always an option, then you know what's trying to conect up.

Hope that helps.

try uninstall from control panel if its still messed up, u might need to re format, if u have to do this get norton ghost

they set up your computer exac tly as u like it then run ghost and creat an image of your hard drive this way when it gets messed up again just run ghost and in about 30 mins you computer will work perfect again

I use this on my computer and its the best thing I have ever done

Delete stuff from program files folder, run registry editor and clean reg. keys associated with the programs you`ve deleted.
Do not experiment if you aren`t sure what you are doing.
Otherwise format and keep as clean system as possible,
