Hi, Its Duncan. I was just wondering what everyone's taste in music was and who are your favourite bands. I do not prefer any musical style - I like it all as long as it's good. Favourite bands would have to be Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, Radiohead, Muse, Sunscreem, Jesus Jones, Killing Joke, Fun Lovin Criminals, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Limp Bizkit etc. Also just got into Snow Patrol as well Also quite a fan of dance music. My age is showing on a few of those bands listed above!! Going to see Duran Duran in Nottingham in April as well - how 80's can you get? Be interested to see what other bands you all like. |

Bjork, Bonnie Prince Billy, Appendix Out, Matmos, Sigur Ros, mum, anything on Anticon, Erik Satie, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Sons of the Pioneers, Stockhausen, Arne Nordheim, Paul Lansky, John Coltrane, Alice Coltrane, Pharaoh Sanders, Smog, Can, Autechre, Reverend Horton Heat, the Cramps, Godspeed You Black Emperor, AMM, Arthur Russel, Jedi Mind Trick, John Cage, John Fahey, Matching Mole, Robert Wyatt, Squarepusher, Sonic Youth, Charles Mingus, Crass.
Just to name a few. I like any music which can be said to be doing something genuinely new.
I do not like music made for the consumer

Cool taste in music dude!!!!! , particularly Filter - I love them - about time they had something new out - don't know many people who are into them or indeed have even heard of them! |
