Looking for good tutorials on outdoor pa setup

I've found http://www.ampli.com/pdf/PocketTraining.pdf which is a good tutorial, but I'm wondering what else is out there for outdoor pa setup. Thanks

not sure about anything online but book wise. Sound Reinforcement Handbook by Davis & Jones is worth buying
