Increasing channels of communication I like that slant, the ultimate self promotion. And achievable by involving teams and departments to absorb each new channel. Now I am coming to terms with Social Media ironing out my vocabulary for those who just want its benefits and not the intimate details of how it works is the tricky step. Listen and learn.
