AMR is an IT Engineer currently working for one of Portugal's
biggest Media group (COFINA). He has colaborated with many magazines, including
the portuguese edition of Future Music. Was senior Editor in Chief of one
leading IT mag in Portugal (PCW) for over two years. Professional musician,
performer, composer, arranger, producer and audio designer. Has academic
background in digital signal processing programming. Mixes and produces
surround HD musical independent acts and writes from stereo to 4.1 over
at 10.2 material. Uses Nuendo and Audition mainly, together with DiscWelder/MLP
for DVD-Audio creation. Encodes/optimizes for Dolby Prologic II, AC3, DTS
and WMAudio. Specializes in deploying web-optimized advanced resolution
