Academic Year

Audiocourses.com runs two 15-week semesters per academic year. Semester 1 begin early fall, semester 2 begins early spring.

Enrollment

To enrol, you must complete payment at least two weeks prior to the start of the course. By enrolling in Audiocourses.com ("us"), you accept responsibility for reading, understanding, and conforming to all Audiocourses.com policies, procedures, and dates.

Upon acceptance, you will be assigned to a course cohort by us. If a cohort fills up, we may add another cohort to the course. We reserve the right to assign any student to any course cohort at its discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel a course cohort at our discretion.

Dropping Out

You may withdraw from a course cohort at any time for any reason. You may request withdrawal from a class by sending an e-mail request to your Production Advisor.

Tuition Refunds

Tuition refunds are granted automatically when a class is cancelled. You will also have the option to defer registration to a future cohort. If within 30 days from the payment of your enrolment, you decide that the course you have chosen is unsuitable, you have a choice: of course transfer: if you choose to transfer to another Audiocourses.com course, we will retain 25% of the full course fee to cover administrative costs, plus a charge for each assignment marked by your tutor. The balance will be put towards the fee for your new course. Course cancellation: If you wish to cancel your course and receive a cash refund, a cancellation fee will be deducted based on 40% of the full course fee, plus a charge for each assignment marked. Notifying a Production Advisor does not constitute an official request to withdraw from a class. To drop or withdraw from a course cohort, send an e-mail request to your Production Advisor and include your telephone number and Audiocourses.com user name. Otherwise, refunds are only granted for specific hardship, on a case-by-case basis.

Class Participation

Prompt and regular online participation is required in all classes to successfully complete the course and receive the certificate. More specific information on participation requirements may be provided by each course Production Advisor. Advisors may withdraw a student from any course due to lack of participation.
